Okay, so I’ve been messing around with color palettes lately, and I stumbled upon this “fired brick red” thing. I was like, “What the heck is that?” So, I started digging.
My Little Experiment
First, I just googled it, you know, the usual. I saw a bunch of pictures, some bricks, some paint swatches, and a whole lot of interior design stuff. I wasn’t really interested in painting my walls, I just wanted to see how I could use this color in, like, a digital design or something.

Then, I opened up my favorite design tool. I usually just mess around until I get something that looks okay, not very professional, I know.
- I created a new file, nothing fancy, just a plain white background.
- I started playing with the color picker, trying to find something that looked like the “fired brick red” I saw online. It’s kind of a deep, reddish-brown, a bit earthy, you know?
- I made some shapes, squares, circles, just random stuff, and filled them with different shades of this red-brown color.
It actually turned out pretty cool! The color is warm and kind of rustic. I tried adding some other colors, like a creamy off-white and a dark, almost black, brown. The contrast looked really good.
I ended up creating a simple graphic with these colors, and I think it looks pretty *’s kind of a simple, down-to-earth vibe. I think it would be perfect for a warm them website.
