Okay, so I’ve been craving some really good pizza lately, and I kept hearing about this place called Bricks Wood Fired Pizza. I decided to finally give it a shot and, let me tell you, it was an experience! I’m gonna walk you through the whole thing, from start to finish.
First, I looked up their menu online. I wanted to get a feel for what they offered. Lots of choices, but I was leaning towards something classic, maybe a Margherita, or something with pepperoni.

Checking Out the Vibe
Next, I drove over to the place. I wanted to see it for myself. Parking was a bit of a hassle, had to circle the block a couple of times, but I eventually found a spot.
When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the smell – that amazing, smoky, wood-fired oven aroma. It was pretty busy, lots of people chattering, families, couples, the whole deal. I liked the vibe – casual, friendly, not too fancy.
Making My Choice
I grabbed a menu at the counter. The guy there was super helpful. He walked me through some of the specials, and answered my questions about the different toppings. They had some pretty interesting combinations, but I decided to keep it simple this time.
- I ordered a classic Margherita pizza.
- I also got a side salad, just to feel a little healthy.
- And a soda. Can’t have pizza without soda!
The Wait (Worth It!)
I found a table and waited for my order. It took a little while, maybe 15-20 minutes, but I didn’t mind. I could see the pizzas being made, the guys tossing the dough, adding the toppings, sliding them into that massive oven. It was kind of mesmerizing, actually.
Pizza Time!
Finally, my pizza arrived! It looked amazing – perfectly charred crust, bubbling cheese, fresh basil. The first bite was heavenly. The crust was crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, with that nice smoky flavor. The sauce was tangy and sweet, the cheese was gooey and delicious, and the basil added a perfect touch of freshness.
I ate the whole thing. Every. Single. Slice. No regrets.

Final Thoughts
Honestly, Bricks Wood Fired Pizza lived up to the hype. It was some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back, maybe to try one of their more adventurous pizzas next time. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re a pizza lover. It’s a solid choice for sure!
