One of them is ceria-based materials, which has been widely used in the high-temperature industry due to its excellent properties, such as high specific strength,good thermal conductivity,high resistance to thermal shock,good chemical stability,etc.

Ceria-based materials are mainly composed of ceria and iron oxide. The ceria component plays an important role in the high-temperature properties of ceria-based materials, and the content and structure of ceria are the key factors affecting the properties of ceria-based materials. Compared with pure ceria, ceria with higher iron oxide content and finer structure has better high-temperature properties.

Although ceria-based materials have many advantages, they still have some problems that need to be solved. For example, when exposed to high temperature for a long time,ceria-based materials may decompose and lose their activity. Therefore, in actual production and use, it is necessary to take special measures to protect ceria-based materials from excessive heating, in order to ensure the stability and safety of the high-temperature equipment.
